What we do
We build the working system, prove it on real data, and deliver it into the environment where it will run. That covers the full surface of a modern federal program: agentic AI and machine learning, data engineering and analytics, application and API development, cloud platforms on AWS GovCloud, Azure Government and Google Cloud Assured Workloads, and the security engineering that carries a system through authorization.
Every engagement is led by a principal investigator and staffed by a named team drawn from a standing bench of more than 220 screened senior engineers, scientists and security specialists, with research partners at leading university laboratories. A seat on a Precision Federal program is filled by a named person before the work begins, never by a job posting after award.

Leadership
Precision Federal is led by Bo Peng, Founder and Chief Technology Officer. Bo holds an M.S. in Data Science from Indiana University and seven cloud certifications across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, ranks in the top 0.1% of more than 200,000 competitors on Kaggle, the largest machine-learning competition community in the world, and brings client-facing delivery experience across five consulting firms including Guidehouse and NTT DATA. He serves as principal investigator on the firm's research programs and writes production software on every one of them.
Where we work
We work across the Department of War and the military services, the health, science and space agencies, and the civilian departments, as a prime contractor, as a subcontractor with substantive technical scope, through the SBIR and STTR programs, and as the nontraditional partner on prototype other transactions. On the commercial side we build AI systems for technology and data companies over their own proprietary data, under their own security requirements.
The company
Precision Delivery Federal LLC does business as Precision Federal. The firm is registered and active in SAM.gov, registered for the SBIR and STTR programs, and registered in the Department of War's DSIP, NSF Research.gov, Grants.gov and eRA Commons. Precision Federal is certified under the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program (DD Form 2345) as an eligible recipient of export-controlled technical data. UEI, CAGE, NAICS codes and socioeconomic status are on the capability statement.
Our values
- Honesty. If we cannot do something, we say so. If we can, we say exactly how and for how much. We never pad a capability statement with an aspirational credential.
- Production over prototype. A system running on real data beats a diagram every time. Our definition of done includes deployed, monitored and in use.
- Security as a foundation. We work with Government data. Security posture is part of the engineering from the first day.
- Speed. Public money has a half-life. Slow delivery is its own form of waste.
- Faith-informed integrity. The founder is a Christian. That shows up as straight dealing, kept commitments and respect for every counterpart, not as a pulpit. Precision Federal is a technology firm.
